Status notification with combination with IdentityStateReport doesn't check empty values

Description
Please check all places where exists some output and check empty or null values.
For example see this pictures:

- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 80
- Status changed from In Progress to Needs feedback
- Assignee changed from Patrik Stloukal to Ondřej Kopr
Could you do a review, please?
I could not find any other values like this, except of uptime, but this was resolved in another ticket.

- Assignee changed from Ondřej Kopr to Patrik Stloukal
- Target version set to 2.1.0
- % Done changed from 80 to 100
