Version 9.7.4
Filter by organization structure on Users tab is not visible for basic users, even if they have autocomplete for TreeTypes and TreeNodes. Only super admin can see this filter.
Ondra found out that the problem is a typo - TREE_TYPE_AUTOCOMPLETE vs. TREETYPE_AUTOCOMPLETE
