HR processes are not started by synchronization, if they aren't started manually first.

Description

Versions 9.7. and older

Situation:
  • fresh installation of CzechIdM
  • connect a system for synchronization of contracts of contract slices
  • check "After end, start the HR processes" and run the synchronization

HrEndContractProcess and HrContractExclusionProcess are not started, only HrEnableContractProcess runs.

This situation can be resolved only when you run HrEndContractProcess and HrContractExclusionProcess manually. Then following synchronization starts the HR processes correctly.
