WF for role synchronization creates unless update for SysRoleSystemAttribute

Description
Please check if is possible create some logic for checking changed value in SysRoleSystemAttribute#transformScript in workflow syncRoleLdap. When script isn't changed please don't update this entity. Because update SysRoleSystemAttribute start AttributeControlledValuesRecalculationTaskExecutor.
On our project is reconciliation about 7000 role per day. This operation always creates 7000 LRT's see picture:
