Description
During startup, the application performs syntax verifying only for app module.
We want doing verifying for all czechidm modules.

- Status changed from New to Closed

Done.
- Now is Eslint runnig (durning startup / build) for all czechidm modules.
- Gulp use same skript (lint in package.json) as npm.
- Documentation was supplemented (README.md)
