Eav: Add form definition order for FE

Description
Add order attribute to form definition - this order will be used for rendering form on the identity tab. If order is the same, then default (main) definition will be the first.
- Related to Task #1547: Main form definition, apart from default one, (IdmIdentity) allowed added
- Category changed from Eav to UX
- Priority changed from Low to Normal
- Target version set to 11.1.0
Increasing priority: Form definitions are rendered randomly on identity projection, when more definitions are configured.

- Status changed from In Progress to Needs feedback
- Assignee changed from Radek Tomiška to Ondrej Husník
- % Done changed from 0 to 90
- Status changed from Needs feedback to Resolved
- Assignee changed from Ondrej Husník to Radek Tomiška

I checked this feature and it works fine and code is perfect as usual :).
Maybe one note to mention. The form definition can be dragged and dropped when the type is selected. Could be mentioned somewhere (maybe in the wiki or a hint)
It make sense but took a while to figure it out.
