Component password field and rendered doesn't work correctly

Description
Please check this component and fix the method setValue, because while is component not rendered this method still access to inner components.
As workaround exists solution with ternary operator.
Affected version: probably all
Please also setValue method set value to both inner components and this isn't nice. Thing about it and refactor little bit this behavior. Password reset modul had probably problem with this: #1586
