Read only contract detail is not fully readOnly

Description
While as normal user read contract detail. I'm not able edit fields, but field tree node is still in editable mode.
It is not big problem because save button missing.
Affected version > 9.3.0

I forgot to load readOnly property from state (preseted by form).
