Description

As subject. Update linux and windows installation instructions - add dedicated truststore for CzechIdM so we won't be using the systemwide one.
Updated wiki pages: IdM install linux, IdM install windows, backend configuration - SSL for postgres.

Truststore is "initialized" with one self-signed certificate we create. The certificate expires the next day.
