AccAccount, SysSystemEntity - add audit

Description
It's needed to add audit for the entities, which can be edited by admins:
- AccAccount - attribute entityType (it's not read only now)
- SysSystemEntity - whole table
- Target version set to 12.0.0
AccAccount is already audited, SysSystemEntity remains.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Status changed from In Progress to Needs feedback
- Assignee changed from Radek Tomiška to Ondrej Husník
- % Done changed from 0 to 90
- Assignee changed from Ondrej Husník to Peter Štrunc
- Assignee changed from Peter Štrunc to Radek Tomiška

- % Done changed from 90 to 100
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
