Websocket notifications - remove support.

Description
Remove unused websocket notifications from CzechIdM.
Websocket are not enabled on the most of production environments.

I removed websocket notification support from product. Sender and services (BE+FE) are marked as deprecated and they are not initialized by default in product. Can be moved into custom project module if needed (or simply initialized until next major release, when they will be removed). If websocket notification is not needed on project, then simply reconfigure your topic to email or console (console is used by default for topic with removed notification type), more info in change log.

I did review and test. I cannot use and configure the websockets now ... so everything works correctly :-)
