New folder in the role catalog is not displayed in the tree

Description
Affected version: 8.0.1 SNAPSHOT
Two bugs when adding a new folder "Funkce" in the role catalog:
- The new folder should be displayed in the tree of folders, but it isn't. Please see the screenshot role_catalog_new_folder
- After opening a folder by clicking on its Code, the page is broken - it doesn't show the same values as after clicking on the magnifying glass. Please see the screenshot role_folder_broken_detail

ad missing new folder - I found out it starts when there are more than 10 folders at the same level. Please try it.
