Notification request created for modification of identity's attributes has a small issue. If identity's username was changed, contact information in notification is missing.

i fixed this issue,
when username is changed, contact information is still available.
only when username is changed and before this is realized on VS, another attribute is changed (e.g. email), contact info is not rendered (it is not found).
