Redesign tasks SelectCurrentContractSliceTaskExecutor and ProcessAllAutomaticRoleByAttributeTaskExecutor to be both synchronous or asynchronous. Both LRT cannot process one resource in the same time - this ticket whis will prevent to attempt create duplicate duplicated automatic roles.
