Identity sync (for create new identity) does not creats the default contract relationship.
- I created test for it.
- Completed documentation in the https://wiki.czechidm.com/devel/dev/synchronization#non-existent_entity and changelog.

I made feedback for this new feature, create new identity on end system and start synchronization for this system. Newly created identity hasn't default contract -> OK.
