Description

Sometimes is useful to tell SelectBox some hard filter - e.g. filter roles by type (The same functionality as AdvancedTable). Could be used for role detail - choose approval workflow by some workflow category.

I've added parameter forceSearchParameters to SelectBox component. It works the same way as AdvancedTableforceSearchParameters:
```
forceSearchParameters={ new SearchParameters().setFilter('category', 'one') }
```
Could you make a test and review, please.
