Create new module for reports. Basic report implementation with features:
- interface for generate, persist and download reports
- implement basic reports - Identities and their roles, Roles and their identities

I tested RPT module and did review for it.
- Works very nice.
- Thanks for the ECM service.
- I fixed minor problem in the RoleIdentityCsvRenderer.
- Documentation is nice (thanks for the some screen shots).
- I didn't discovered any problems with UTF-8 (xml and csv) in my LibreOffice.
