Description

Instance id should be loaded by configuration service, when default task is created by xml:
- remove instance id property from xml and xsd.
- use configuration service in AbstractScheduledTaskInitializer
- move JAXBContext initcialization to @PostConstruct method.
- add note to changelog and documentation.
