Description

Password processors need to be refactored in order to be able to change user password without knowing the current password (password reset using temp token).

Can you please provide feedback? It is basically what we talked about. I undid the enum changes and made it more simple.

It looks ok, can be merged into develop (and hotfix branch if needed).

Note:
In acc module is IdentityPasswordValidateProcessor too, but doesn't generalize new AbstractIdentityPasswordValidateProcessor - not required, because process method is reimplemented, but could be added.
