I go to synchronization log of "not linked" action which is set to link. As it seems, the "Identificator" column in the table shows Id of relation between the entity and account. I would expect it to be indentifier of the system account. Identifier of a relation is not significant for administrator as it is some internal ID. Found out on synchronization of tree nodes.
