Description

Org. structure is now synchronized without possibility of using tokens (like timestamp), so always all entities are synchronized.

The aim of this ticket is to make it possible to use the token.

The ugly thing about the all entities synchronization (reconciliation) is that the account management is started for the entities and the provisioning queue is filled fast.
So if you have LRT that start sync every day, you have the provisioning queue filled every day and the audit log for provisioning grows really fast too. If the system is ReadOnly, you have like thousands or more of TreeNodes in queue, even though nothing changed on the object in IdM in fact.
