Description

  1. Show IdM version in about content from project version (it's hard coded for now).
  2. add build number to modules - will be useful, when snapshot version is deployed to the test environment.

I've integrated build number plugin and load version to 'about' content from BE.

TODO: buildNumber under eclipse is not filled.

Build number is shown in FE now - modules content and about page.

Note: Build number not is available under development in eclipse - eclipse automatic build skips some plugins. Build informations are important mostly in test / production / demo environments.
