Description

Automatic role with approval (by role guarantee) is asynchronous. Role and tree node with this automatic role cannot be removed directly - automatic roles has to be removed at first. Add appropriate exception and warning message to FE.

I've added result code exception, when role and tree node with approved automatic role is deleted.

Could you make a test and review please?

Note: Remove role and tree node with automatic role could be disabled at all maybe (LRT for removing assigned automatic role to identities is executed synchronously this way, so logged user will wait ...).

Just a note: I would expect, that if the automatic role removal is not approved, the TreeNode object is removed. Regardless if the process is asynchronous or not...

This behaviour is consistent with User removal. You can remove user even though he has roles assigned.

In fact User removal is available also if the user has role and that role has the "Approve remove role" checkbox ticked. This may be a bug?
