Description

Situation:
I need to pair endpoint system accounts to my tree nodes in IdM, no need to create these, just to make account mappings and push a few attributes into my IdM trees.
There is neither need for root node calculation nor complete account mapping setup.

Information in wiki did not really help me. If I'm missing something, please provide a more detail description in wiki.

Problem was in cycling of node (870).
I do not recommande make all node as root.

I've implemented the feature, @Vítek can you have a look at it and make review? Commit 870429b5239d14165958ebf7eb75186ef97abd56 on develop.
I havent written any doc, yet.
