Import of scripts and set of default scripts

Description
I will select / make first candidates of default scripts witch will be added to product as examples for customers.
Main goal of this ticket is the new agenda from script importing which first use will be for these default scripts.
Design and implementation of this new agenda will be made by Ondra.

When making the agenda for importing the scripts, please make also a feature for exporting the scripts. Specially, some button for "Export all scripts" which will download all scripts that are currently loaded in IdM.
Use-case: The developers implement new scripts locally, load them to IdM and then they debug the scripts directly on the server. When the scripts are finished, they should put the final versions of the scripts to Git repository. They would click the button "Export all scripts", check and commit the final changes. If no such button existed, they would easily forget to save some of the changes.
