Many provisioning and transformation rules may be related to user's position in organization structure.
Therefor after the structure changes, user provisioning must be invoked automatically.

Maybe org. structure provisioning should be invoked too.
The same principal should apply for changes on roles (role Edit) - role holders should be provisioned.
