Make searching through filters diacritics insensitive. For example when inputting "testovaci organizace" it would find "Testovaci organizace" but also "Testovací organizace". It would make life a lot easier for people who don't use it and also within multilingual installation.

maybe there should be global configuration that turns the diacritics on?
