Description

Before provisioning (check strategy and madatory attributes) throw exception do rollback whole transaction.
None information about exception is saved in RoleRequest.

We need save exception trace and EXCEPTION state to request.

I have to create new method startRequestInternalNewTransactional to api.
State and trace is save to request now.

I didn't find your new method startRequestInternalNewTransactional but found startRequestNewTransactional :D. Tested works perfectly - get RoleRequestException exception. Thank you for fix it.
