Enable and disable authenticator by module

Description
Update initialization for authenticator (only one add initialization into constructor),
add enable and disable for authenticator.
Add new abstract parent for Authenticator
+ Add documentation for authentication + documentaion for password mapping.

I was created new abstract class for authenticator,
add initialization of all authenticator to constructor,
changed authenticate method to valdate,
add defensive found authentication attribute, if attribute flaged as authentication atrribute doesn't exists try to found attribute flagged as UID.
