Description
We came across production incidents on several projects, which were caused by not scheduling the correct tasks for processing entity states in "Blocked" state or "DIRTY_FLAG". Or the tasks for some reason didn't run (were stuck etc). The result was missing or inconsistent assignment of roles.
It would be helpful to add a default monitoring which will be able to check these entity states and warn if there are some unprocessed states.
