Tested on 13.0.6 RC.
A role assigns a system, fills some multivalued attribute and has the option "Skip value when contract is excluded". (Example: AD roles for distribution groups)
Assign this role directly to a main personal account or other personal account.
The value of the role is not provisioned, even though the identity is active (contracts are not excluded)
Note: If the role is assigned to the contract, its value is provisioned. It also works well when assigning the role to a technical account.
