Tested on 13.0.6-LTS. Even though some of the provisioning operations were caused by assigning a role to a technical account through standard role request, the column "Request" is empty.
For personal and other personal accounts, it works well.
Setting the priority as low, this is useful especially for debugging by us, I don't think it would be missed by our customers.
