Remove expired roles in long running task (the same as IdentityContractExpirationTaskExecutor).

I've implemented IdentityRoleExpirationTaskExecutor task executor for role expirations.
Task unit test is in IdentityRoleExpirationTaskExecutorTest class.

Ondra, can you do code review, pls?

I have pushed a small bugfix - when #updateState returns false, cancel task immediately.
