Fixed full detail for technical account.
Next new tab on full detail will be implemented

It was needed to show new tab only for technical account and not for personal account.
New tab was implemented and is working.

After consultation I reworked the way how tabs are showing based on account entity type (we need some tabs only for tech acc).
Definitions are now in component descriptors.
