Don't show warning for 'state' and 'disabled' in provisioning mapping

Description

In provisioning attributes mapping when I use both "Identity state" and "Disabled" attribute the following warning message is shown:

Beware: The mapping contains both 'state' and 'disabled' attributes.
It is recommanded using either of them. The value of the 'state' attribute controls the value of the 'disabled' attribute too.

However this message is only relevant for synchronisation attribute mapping, not for provisioning.
It also should be "recommended", not "recommanded".
