Provisioning of other personal account worked almost by default. Added some additional logic and test.
Tested from gui:- User has only other account - OK
- User has personal account, add role for second mapping with different uid - OK
- User has personal account, add role for second mapping with same uid - OK = role is assigned, account is not created, no provisioning, request failed.
- User has 2 accounts. Change mapping to same uid - OK = event failed
