This jump in version is needed because of the SQL report (#3054) which depends on CzechIdM 12.2.

The tests were failing.
First, there was an issue in two tests themselves - they tried to delete a system with accounts in it. I suspect that this was possible before and isn't now, so I just added the removal of the accounts as well.
This got the tests working in Eclipse but not in the command line. I kept getting the 'Corrupted stdin stream in forked JVM 1.' error. The issue is caused by an old version of the jacoco-maven-plugin, I updated it to 0.8.7 (the same version is used in IdM).
Everything works well now.
