Support converting a user mailbox to shared mailbox when user leaves

Several customers mentioned that when users leave, they don't delete their mailbox but instead switch it to shared so that other users can access it as well. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/email/convert-user-mailbox-to-shared-mailbox?view=o365-worldwide)
GraphAPI does seem to support it but how it should be implemented in IdM is not obvious.

As far as I was able to search offical docs and internet.
Mailbox creation (updates) are not supported in MS graph api.
You can send, read messages from shared or private mailbox buy you are not able to change stuff.
So for now I would advice to you WinRM connector and use powershell commands for managing exchange mailboxes.
