Create test for idm entity with create and update one entity (>1.000.000 rows for one entity).

I created remote sql server with set up pgbadger from (https://proj.bcvsolutions.eu/ngidm/doku.php?id=help:analyza_provozu_postgresql), for now is access through http://85.255.1.44/
This server will be used for update identity and create some outputs, like how much time will be used for update identity with more audits > 900000 for one entity.
Server HW:
product: VMware Virtual Platform width: 64 bits version: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2650 v3 @ 2.30GHz Memory size: 1GiB Disk size: 20GiB (21GB)

After remove column 'changedColumns' is audit super fast, this functionality will be reimlemented in future.
