Description
There are provisioning breaks in CzechIdM. Please add a similar mechanism for notifications of a certain topic from IdM.
I'd like to be able to set limits for warning message and disalbe a topic when set threshold is exceeded. E.g. when too many virtual system requests are created or when too many password expiration notifications are sent.
