CSV and DB wizard - automatic creation of mapped attributes for synchronization

Description
Tested on 11.0
When creating a new connected system by the wizard, the set of mapped attributes is not generated when selecting "Synchronization" in the step 3.
This is a shame, because when I connect the system as a source of identities, I would like to use the automatic creation of mapped attributes. It worked in some of the previous versions.

I made it better.
So the mapped attributes are now generated in all cases (synchronization / provisioning), except for the AD Group system, where the attributes are members, the solution catalog is generated for synchronization only.
I made tests for it too.

This is useful improvement. I tried it with csv and VS wizards. In both cases worked fine.
