Version 11.0
One role can be assigned to the same folder of role catalogue multiple times.
There is probably no impact on the functionality, it's just strange.

The mechanism is the same as on other agendas (e.g. role guarantees, assigned roles), where duplicate realation can be defined (without functional impact).

We can add a user friendly validation on FE - it's needed to orchestrate it with sychronization etc.
