Configurable count of Role catalogue folders not apply on Roles agenda

Description
In ticket #2582 configuration of default number of items was added.
This configuration doesn't apply on the Roles agenda for the role catalogue. It works properly when selecting role in role request or filter and on the Role Catalogue agenda.
No refresh, emptying caches, rebuilding CzechIdM or logout/login helps.
