Remove provisioning operations and all related entities, when system is deleted (i dont this system could be deleted, if some provisioning was executed, but just ensure referential integrity).

Referential integrity to privisioning oparation was added. Now is posible to delete system with provisioning operation archive (archive is deleted to) and imposible to remove systemEntity, when provisioning operations exist.

Could you make a review and test, please?

Test with create system and synchronization, count number of rows in sync log and then delete synchronization, success - OK.
