Adjust DB logging when CzechIdM 11.0.0 is released

CzechIdM 11.0.0 contains fix for DB logging where some logs were not saved into the database.
It is done via new appender. Once we are in the process of developing bcv-czechidm:11.0.0-r0, we will have to adjust the appender in the container scripts.
This fix cannot be implemented for CzechIdM 10.x as it is missing the new appender class.

Is this already done in appliance, or not? I have container bcv-czechidm:12.2.0-r0 and I still got the same error as in https://redmine.czechidm.com/issues/2684 - the first one (wrong certificate)

I think it should be here. Maybe this is a regression because we had to write our own db appender?
