Description

I upgraded bcv-czechidm container to IdM 10.6.3, Tomcat 8.5.60 (new baseimage), OpenJDK 11.
Also replaced RPM-packaged PostgreSQL JDBC driver with newer -> we have correct and full support of PostgreSQL 12 RDBMS with JDBC4 driver.
