The goal of this ticket is fix the situation when role with set advanced wf is used as automatic role.

I added test for fixed behavior in commit https://github.com/bcvsolutions/czechidm-extras/commit/bf704aefbbe57a58eb2672bdf1be447675885ef8
I also did small refactoring in test class for workflows due to the use of recalculation of automatic roles in the new test.
