Problem was in integrity with IdmNotificationRecipient.identityRecipient, where (minimal in a tests) clear of this field in IdentityDeleteProcessor didn't work well.

I use @NotFound(action = NotFoundAction.IGNORE) as in IdmNotification.identitySender table now.
