Description

When new identity is created, then eav values are loaded for username 'null' => eav attributes are not shown, is user with username 'null' exists and currently logged user doesn't have permission to read 'null' identity.

Prevent to call endpoint at all for newly created identity and contract.

I've added new controller method to get prepared form values (~ by definition) for newly created record (identity, contract).
