I did test and code review, cache works, thx!
I improved:
- crt module uses CzechIdM 10.5.2 now
- cache name and added missing localization
- button order in new card modal
- help icon added to card table filter by serial number with like operator
- CrtCardCertificate#serialVersionUID - fixed simple 'long' data type
- some warnings removed (BE + FE)

I did reivew and tested it (CRT generated successfuly). Thanks for that.
I found problem with missing cache localization in EN. I completed it.
